After cleansing, apply 2 to 5 drops of active botanical oil to your palms, inhale deeply then using the push and press method apply to your face. For a more stimulating effect use gentle outward and upward sweeping motions with your fingers from the nose, this will further massage the lymph nodes in the face and promotes blood flow. Use in the PM as part of your skincare regime.
